Metrix SW5580 & 5580

Dual channel configurable switch and vibration signal conditioner

The Metrix SW5580 is a 2-channel configurable switch and vibration signal conditioner for rotating machinery. The compact transmitter-based system is DIN-rail mounted and designed to convert raw vibration signals from accelerometers, velocity or proximity sensors to a 4-20 mA output. The SW5580 offers users extensive configurability options, including relay contacts, to fit a wide range of applications.

Centralized machine protection system – VM600 Slimline

The VM600 Slimline from Vibro-Meter is designed to house components from the VM600 series. This rack is particularly suited for industrial environments where equipment is permanently installed in 19″ cabinets or panels. Each rack accommodates one VM600 card and has a height of 1U. The rack includes a built-in backplane that integrates the electrical connections for power supply and various cards.

Vibration monitor – VMU100 VibroSmart

The VibroSmart VMU 100 is a fully configurable vibration monitor and has been developed for rotating machines such as pumps, fans and small hydro-turbines etc. The solid IP65 aluminum housing protects the hardware against harsh conditions in e.g. the petrochemical industry and power generation and other industries. The VMU100 is a 1 channel monitor and contains all functionalities that may be required in a compact design: display, monitoring and alarm functionalities!
